There are three (3) ways to bring your complaint to any of our following schemes:

How to submit your ADR complaint

By Post

You can download our paper complaint form on the respective scheme’s site, and send the completed form to:

Online

If you have access to the Internet, you can file your complaint via our online portal.

To access this, simply go to the respective scheme’s homepage and click on:
